Digital Products

  • All sales are final once the software or digital templates have been downloaded.

  • Because these are non-returnable digital goods, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as “change of mind” or “I didn’t realize it was digital.”


Refunds

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Refunds will be considered under the following conditions:

  • The software does not function as described.

  • You have contacted our support team for troubleshooting, and the issue cannot be resolved.

  • The request is made within 14 days of purchase.

Refunds will not be granted if:

Exchanges

Since these are digital products, we do not offer exchanges.
